Processing Time
All Frederick Bespoke items are handcrafted in our workshop. Orders are typically processed and prepared for dispatch within 1–2 working days.
UK Delivery
Orders are shipped using InPost, Royal Mail or a similar courier service.

Most UK orders arrive within 2–5 working days from the date of purchase.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on parcel size, weight, and the delivery method selected. Typical Royal Mail services start from approximately £3.50–£3.55 for standard UK parcels using services such as Tracked 48, which usually arrive within 2–3 working days. Evri delivery prices are based on parcel weight and generally start from around £2.70 for postable items, £3.29 for parcels under 1kg, £4.79 for parcels between 1–2kg, and from £6.49 for parcels between 2–10kg. InPost locker services are based on parcel size rather than weight, with prices starting from £1.99 for small parcels, £2.59 for medium parcels, and £3.99 for large parcels when sending locker-to-locker, or from £2.89 when delivered to a home address. Delivery times typically range from 2–4 working days after dispatch depending on the courier used. Orders with a cart total of £50 or more may qualify for free standard delivery within the United Kingdom.
