Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Frederick Bespoke.

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers purchasing online have the right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods.

Returns
If you wish to return an item, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Custom or Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.
