Custom Orders Policy
Frederick Bespoke offers custom and personalised products made to order.
Design Approval
Where applicable, customers may be shown a design preview before production begins. It is the customer's responsibility to check all details carefully before approving the design.
Production Time
Custom orders may take longer to produce than standard products. Estimated production times will be communicated where possible.
Cancellations
Once production has started, custom orders cannot normally be cancelled as the item is being made specifically for the customer.
Returns
Due to the personalised nature of custom-made items, these products are generally non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective or significantly different from the agreed design.
Natural Materials
Many Frederick Bespoke products are made from natural materials such as wood. Variations in colour, grain pattern and texture are normal and form part of the character of the product.

Custom Orders & Personalised Products
1. Approval of Custom Content
All personalised products supplied by Frederick Bespoke are produced based on wording, designs, measurements, and specifications provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all spelling, grammar, and details submitted with their order are correct before production begins.
Where design proofs are provided, production will only commence once the customer has confirmed approval of the proof.
2. Refusal of Custom Content
Frederick Bespoke reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or decline any custom order where the requested wording, design, symbol, or content is considered by us to be:
Offensive
Abusive or defamatory
Discriminatory or hateful
Unlawful
Inconsistent with our company values and standards
This discretion will be exercised reasonably and applied consistently.
Nothing in this clause is intended to restrict or override any rights afforded to customers under applicable UK legislation, including the Equality Act 2010.
3. Personalised Products and Returns
As personalised products are made specifically to a customer's request, they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable once production has started.
This does not affect a customer's statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to a repair, replacement, or refund where goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described.
4. Customer Responsibility for Supplied Content
By submitting wording, designs, or artwork for a custom product, the customer confirms that they have the right to use that content and that it does not infringe the intellectual property rights, trademarks, or copyrights of any third party.
Frederick Bespoke accepts no liability for infringement arising from materials supplied by the customer.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders for personalised products may only be cancelled before production has begun. Once production has commenced, the order cannot be cancelled due to the bespoke nature of the item.
6. Natural Materials
Many Frederick Bespoke products are made using natural materials such as wood. Variations in grain, colour, texture, and natural markings are inherent characteristics of the material and are not considered defects.
